BHAG (Big Hairy Audacious Goal):

Transformative Teaching, Empowered Students: Empower educators to become adept navigators of the STEM seas, transforming teaching practices through the integration of technology-enhanced STEM projects, leading to enriched student learning experiences. I aim to foster a learning environment that transcends traditional boundaries, cultivating problem solvers, critical thinkers, and collaborative learners who are not just consumers but creators of technology and solutions. I aim to ignite a passion for STEM that propels our students beyond the confines of the classroom, empowering them to make a meaningful impact on the world through their STEM skills and innovative mindset.

In the kaleidoscope of education, where traditional models often fall short, emerges a guiding beacon, the STEM Odyssey. Picture a transformative journey crafted with intentionality, anchored by the potent synergy of a Big Hairy Audacious Goal (BHAG) and the structure of a 3-Column Table. This introduction is your compass, guiding you through a landscape where each column becomes a chapter, each row an opportunity for growth, and together, a roadmap for meaningful change in your classroom. The purpose of this 3-Column Table is a clear set-up for intentional design, an architectural blueprint for a year-long transformation. Each column represents a stage in the process, guiding educators and students through the journey of understanding, designing, implementing, and reflecting. The vision is not just to navigate through these stages but to emerge on the other side as architects of enriched learning experiences. The rationale is woven into the fabric of effective instructional design.   • End-of-Year Symposium (May 2025):
